Senior advocate Anupam Gupta is Amicus curiae in this case. Though he is  a very learned ,well read , speaks well,  has been associated with very top cases , like Babri Masjid and cash for justice cases, and he generally fights against the ills of judiciary. Role of amicus curiae is to help the court by expounding the law impartially.

Has he not been able to advise the court properly?

Does he have full faith in Judiciary?

In case of Sant Ram Pal , he took very strong opposition to the non-co-operatin of sant Ram pal and agitational approach of his followers ,saying in High  court  "Ram pal and his followers have fortified themselves.... have created a state within a state, confronting the entire state apparatus and also created his own private army with weapons. He has been surrounded by a human shield comprising women and children and he has openly proclaimed his lack of faith in judiciary and judicial system and his refusal to cooperate or associate with the trial,"

Learned amicus curiae has forgotten that he along with his Lawyer friends agitated in front of governor house on 6-3-2013 by taking law into their hands against the high headedness of the justice system. This was to get the FIR against the top lawyers of High court ( Lawyers had assaulted the security personnel on duty in high Court) Quashed  with taking law in their own hands and not arguing in the court.  And they won , they got the FIR quashed  by agitating on the roads of Chandigarh , Premises of high court and in front of Governor house . Why Sant rampal’s followers are fighting against the court orders?

Is it because of their their faith in the god man or because of their very low faith in the justice system of our courts, of which they are victims and experience it daily and almost come to the conclusion that it not a Nayayallya   but a   Tareekhalya , where a common man will keep on getting dates and date and dates .

Is Mr. Vadra alone, Perhaps No!  As Asaram Bapu, Sahara Chief and many more are also facing the music for refusing to see the change. Though many politicians are still able to stop the arrival of future by misusing the levers of the first and second wave i.e.  Muscle and Money, which  were the levers of first and second wave before the arrival of Third wave (Age of knowledge) which was named by Alvin Toffler as his second book.

A great Indian thinker once  said , that" A Desh Bhakat (Patriot) saves the Nation from the Government". With Modi taking over as PM, His Actions show that, First time we have a Desh Bhakat as a PM. How much does this is applicable to his Ministers, only time will tell, whether they are Chair Lovers, Chair Bhakats or Desh Bhakats.

Launching of safai abhiyan is not only Safai Abhiyan; this is a great National and Political event showing the Deep insight, foresight and Determination of a National Leader. This event gives Three Messages-

1      He has taken away Mahatma Gandhi from Congress and reestablished him as Father of the Nation.

2      He has taken away the Jhadu of Kejriwal , giving him message that your Jhadu is only a symbol for seeking votes of aam aadmi 

3      2nd October was taken as a birth right by all govt officials as a holiday. People used to feel sad and angry when 2^nd oct. used to fall on Sat, Sunday. By cancelling the holiday and asking them to present in offices and try to clean the surroundings, a deep message has been given that people should be ready to work on Sat Sunday or even at mid night if Nation needs it.

 Gives the message that he has not been dreaming about the Chair Of PM , but had  been meditating on the problems of India ,and knows how to awake India which was  once a great civilization  , but over the centuries Of slavery have forgotten their strengths  to move on. It seems that for him Chair of PM is to help India regain its Lost Glory.

Age of Eklavya has Started

Are we entering into an age of Eklavya?

Yes

But who was Eklavya.

Eklavya

In the age of Mahabharata, son of a tribal king, he had tremendous quest for learning. But guru Dron refused to teach him as he was bonded to teach only Kaurav’s and Pandva's  sons. But Eklavya had a burning desire to learn archery.

Barking Dog Silenced

Guru Dron along with his disciples was moving in a Forest. Suddenly they heard their dog barking in a terrified manner, which suddenly became silent. To their shock when they found that dog was silenced by the arrows piercing his mouth without a drop of blood , further shocked  guru Dron ,that  even Arjun could not have done this .He felt that someone is around who is more perfect than Arjun.

 Guru Dron ran to search the man who silenced their dog and was further shocked to see a young tribal boy practicing archery in front  a statue of Dron. Boy touched his feet and told that “though you refused to teach me , I am learning from your statue, which I respect as a guru”. Afraid that Eklavya may beat Arjuna some day, he asked for Dakshina (Dakshina is a form of thanks from the students to the guru, and not Fees) from Eklavya, in the form of his thumb, and the story says Eklavya gave it happily, but became a motivating example for those who have a burning desire to learn and are not able to get admission to learn directly from a great teacher.

But if you have not been able to get admission in an institute of great learning, but have burning desire of learning, do not worry, Guru Dron is available on YouTube and they do not ask for a Dakshina also.

Salman Khan of Khan Academy showed the way by his videos on you tube on Mathematics and now the great teachers of the world including from Harvard and MIT are there to teach you on all subjects but only if you have quest for learning.
