Age of Discontinuity

In 1969 Peter F Drucker, father of the modern Management wrote “Age Of discontinuity “giving a warning that a new age is arriving, where things will be changing very fast in all areas of life , be it politics of power, education, Media , Management . Next in 1970 Alvin Toffler shocked the world by his classic book “Future Shock " telling us that if we refuse to see the acceleration of change in all spheres of life, we will be shocked and may face  the   consequences , paralysing  both physically and psychologically.

Power Shift

For The likes of Vadra’s, Who refuse to see the coming of change ,  Toffler  wrote his third classic “ Power Shift “ where he tells that steering of change will be shifting from the hands  political people  to,  people who will be controlling the knowledge and information. AS we see daily  powerful people appear in  the courts of  Young  journalist Like Arnab Goswami of Times Now and many other young journalists.

Is Mr. Vadra alone, Perhaps No!  As Asaram Bapu, Sahara Chief and many more are also facing the music for refusing to see the change. Though many politicians are still able to stop the arrival of future by misusing the levers of the first and second wave i.e.  Muscle and Money, which  were the levers of first and second wave before the arrival of Third wave (Age of knowledge) which was named by Alvin Toffler as his second book.
